I experienced excellent customer service and support, which mattered immensely because I was an out-of-state customer simply hoping for the best for an arrangement for my late aunt’s celebration of life services. I traveled to Louisiana from California, so I got a chance to see the arrangement in person. It was beautiful and most importantly "BRIGHT!" That is what I wanted to capture my late aunt’s beautiful spirit and personality! It did the job! The flowers made it to the wake but not the dismissal and burial ceremony the next day. That is the ultimate salute of approval! The family kept that arrangement and didn't allow anyone to happen upon it and keep, as they knew that such a beautiful arrangement, in a glass vase would not stay at their mother's grave. That meant a lot to me! I know that people keep the Peace Lillies but I wanted to be of good cheer while remembering their late mom and I know that this arrangement accomplished that. Thank you to Mona's floral arrangers for listening, understanding my wishes and carrying them out! The photo I uploaded represents the arrangement I ordered but I asked for them to double the arrangement and use a larger vase .. and they did!

I don't remember if I left a review for this order or not, but it's worth doing again if I did 😆. This is my second time ordering flowers delivered by Mona's Accents from out-of-town. This bouquet was for my mother's 76th Birthday...and to say that she R-A-V-E-D about every detail and giggled while doing it, is an understatement! Thank you and bless you for the care, professionalize, quality and patience shown. You guys are now my 'go-to' florists in New Orleans...I'll be back!!!

I’m in Canada and had flowers sent to my wife’s hotel in New Orleans before she arrived. The person from Mona’s called me and confirmed the details of the order and this made all the difference to me. Being so far away, once you make an online purchase you are at the mercy of whomever is on the other end. In this case everything was perfect. Great customer service and fantastic flowers delivered. Thank you to Mona’s Accents staff for a great experience. I know it’s just a simple bouquet but when I’m away from my love on our anniversary it means everything that care was taken.

It was almost closing time, but they had time to help me. I had a budget, and they delivered beauty on a budget. This was also my first time shopping there. I hope this won't be the last; especially since I could vision a hopeful romance story...starring myself, the unidentified woman (teacher), and Mona's Accents. Titled..."We can grow together"...more truth be told; I love everything about love and I felt the love in the atmosphere at Mona's Accents. Again; I really appreciate your time and service. You all were and are a blessing to me...TBC

Sent flowers to my daughter for her birthday. Could not be more satisfied with my choice of florists. The bouquet was more beautiful than the website pics. For a last min thought on my part, they promptly delivered. She got to enjoy her flowers all day. In my opinion, Mona's out does any commercial florists.
