⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough good things about this florist. After another florist completely dropped the ball on my mom’s birthday—despite charging me for expedited delivery and giving me two different delivery times—I was left scrambling at the last minute. This florist came to the rescue in the most amazing way. From the moment I placed the order, they moved with urgency and care, and my mom’s flowers were delivered in less than 1 hour. She received them right in time for her birthday and was absolutely over the moon. The arrangements were stunning, the card was beautifully done, and everything looked so elegant and expensive—far beyond my expectations. The quality, presentation, and service were truly top-tier. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a joyful moment and helping make my mom feel so special on her birthday. I will absolutely be using you again and recommending you to everyone I know. 🌸💐 I have bookmarked them for future arrangements. So to anyone reading this review don’t think twice get them from NE FLOWER BOUTIQUE!! I also have to give special recognition to the young lady who took my order. She was kind, patient, reassuring, and truly listened to the urgency of my situation. Her customer service alone deserves five stars. And according to my mom, the delivery gentleman was absolutely top-notch—professional, courteous, and warm. She said she has never experienced flower delivery service at this caliber. From start to finish, the entire team exceeded expectations.

I was hoping a florist could deliver last minute congregations to my daughter and boyfriend for move in day . I called NE Philly flowers because I received a magnificent bouquet 💐 for my birthday 12/19. I spoke with Aliya and she was so sweet and helped put a beautiful bouquet together and deliver on New Year’s Eve ! I was so impressed by customer service that I am telling all my family and neighbors and friends about them . It’s so hard to find nice people and they exceeded my expectations! Wonderful! Thank you xo 😘 I forgot , they use a wax stamp on the lovely envelope where an elegant card is placed ❤️🙏💐

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! My sisters lost their mother unexpectedly & I wanted to send them flowers with same day delivery that wouldn't break the bank. NE flower boutique came through! The communication start to finish was the most appreciated. I was told the boutiques would be delivered to both addresses by noon, they arrived earlier! The flowers were absolutely gorgeous & fresh.

I had a disappointing experience with my delivery the first time I worked with them. They saw and read my review and reached out to make it right. They offered to redo my delivery order for free and I was able to have flowers sent to my grandmother to welcome her home after a recent hospital stay. This meant a lot to me and I would absolutely order from them again in the future!
