Used them for 2 separate occasions. Once for a last minute corsage for my sons homecoming date. Then again for a quince bouquet for the birthday girl. Everytime I have walked in everyone was friendly and answered every question I had. Paid half up front and the rest after. They did amazing.

This is a great place and the customer service is nice and respectful, unfortunately I had a bad experience that destroyed a great moment I tried to create with my girlfriend. I had been dating her for a few weeks now and things a good and steady so I decided to give her a nice surprise at work and get some flowers delivered but then somehow I have no idea how but their driver said he went to her job and people said she no longer worked there, literally couple hrs after I was just there on my break and hers to talk, when they called me I ran from work disappointed and came to pick up the flowers myself and went back to her job to give it to her myself but the entire experience was destroyed because I was so shocked I called her to ask if she was there and if her coworkers were playing a prank on her... I came back to the shop later to let them know but they didn't seem to really care even tho I paid full price for the flowers and the delivery and didn't even ask for a refund, as customer no matter the case you guys should try and solve the problem, the driver should call from the delivery location if there's a problem, instead he decided to just go on and leave and didn't even walk in the right place to make the delivery... it definitely didn't feel good having to call and ruin the surprise 😕

Felt like a special place when I walked in and beautiful lady that helped me with my rose's and believe her son did a great job putting my rose's together in a special way for our Blessed Mother Mary. Positive vibes and I felt at home here. Great place to get your arrangements here. Thank you Senora for your positive words!
