Just wanted to take time out of my day to thank the wonderful florist at this flower shop for making my sister‘s birthday special. Despite last-minute changes to the order, they still were able to beyond exceed any expectations that I had . I live in California and wanted something beautiful and grand to send to her on her special day and her reaction was worth every penny. It can be a bit of gamble ordering flowers to be delivered in a far away city. Twice in the past month, I have had reason to order flowers for friends and family in Scottsdale. NovaPetal did a beautiful job. Fresh, stunning arrangements: reassuring, consistent communication. And happy recipients!

Absolutely gorgeous and unique arrangement from Novapetals! This arrangement was a first time order for my friend’s birthday. I love looking for unique arrangements and local flower shops, and I found the Novapetals on Reddit. Ordering was a breeze. There was an issue with the first arrangement that we received and Novapetals was quick to find a resolution. I’m absolutely obsessed with the final results and I will return because of their customer service and quality.

They were excellent and the flowers were beautiful. They delivered them on time and it made my friends day. I would definitely use them again. I had ordered tulips and wow is all I can say. They send you a picture of the arrangement for you to approve b4 it goes out which I really liked. My friend got exactly what I saw
