WASTE OF MONEY BE AWARE!! Saw this velvet bouquet where the description says "all-red bouquet" perfect it's valentine's day i ordered a week ahead they said they do same day delivery - im ecstatic. 2/14 valentine's day today: most florists send you a tracking it's 11am I get nothing and im nervous so i called them. first girl hangs up on me mid talking - okay? called again and a new guy tells me its been loaded onto the truck and on the way. it's 3pm, i'm like this place is closed and i called 5 times and no one picked up. no nothing. finally the delivery guy comes and drops off the flowers. bro what is this? this loooks like i went out to the bushes picked out a handful of bushels and some wilted petals already falling off roses to SPECKLE an all-GREEN bouquet. so not only did i not get what i paid a $146 for, i got terrible customer service, late delivery services, AND they printed the note i wrote and STAPLED it onto the receipt so when you rip the receipt off the entire note ripped. this flower shop has to honestly be a money laundering place because ain't no way you're going to advertise a bouquet of only red roses and what looks like some red carnation and pass off some weeds, bushes, and some trader joe's quality red roses. bottom line don't waste your money here go to NE flower shop- they send you tracking and came in the same morning OH and the pictures looked like the bouquets i received lol.

Huge Thanks and My New Favorite Philly Florist! Old City Flowers is officially my go-to in Philadelphia. I'm so happy I found you!! Their website is incredibly intuitive, but the personal touch really stood out. Kathy was wonderful and so understanding when I needed to change my delivery date. The flowers arrived exactly on schedule and are absolutely breathtaking. Thank you for the outstanding quality and even better service!

Ordered the first bouquet and received the second. Judge for yourself. Emailed repeatedly and no word. The flowers cost close to $190 and were for a special birthday.

The worker who put together my bouquet (i didn't catch her name unfortunately) did such an amazing job!!!! The bouquet was gorgeous and the recipient loved them!

I have never sent flowers to anybody in an office before. Because of this, I was a bit worried going into the experience that the flowers wouldn’t make it to my lovely girlfriend’s desk. Old City Flowers did not disappoint. The delivery was made within three hours which I found to be very satisfactory. The bouquet was also even more beautiful than it appeared in the pictures online. I am very happy with the service, but more importantly I made my girlfriend’s whole day. I highly recommend this florist!
