I ordered a floral delivery from Oliver Flower for my mom, who is in a rehab center recovering from surgery. The order process was a breeze, and they delivered a beautiful bouquet to my mother's room when they said they would. The nurses raved about the arrangement, and the flowers brightened up my mother's day. I appreciated the follow-up email alerting me that the flowers were delivered. I recently made an online purchase through FTD..They sub-contract their orders through local flower shops. Oliver flowers was tasked with this order. It was a delivery on 2/13/26 for Valentines day. What was delivered to my wife looked NOTHING like what I ordered. I called Oliver Flower shop and spoke to Marcia. Marcia stated FTD has a disclaimer that if certain flowers aren't available they could be substituted with others. One of the flowers that was in the original FTD.Arrangement was an in what was delivered.However , the shop did have that type of flower and she couldn't understand why that wasn't included in the first delivered arrangement. All that aside , marti stated that she would make it up to me as customers or very important. She stated that she could have a replacement arrangement sent out to make up for the mistake of the original delivery. The following day , I received the replacement arrangement compliments of Marcia. I just want to recognize Oliver Flower Shop and especially Marcia for going above and beyond for OUTSTANDING customer service! So often, reviews are negative, but when something good happens very rarely do they get recognized. I want to let everyone know all of her flower shop.Does care about their customers and I highly recommend that you order from this business.Thank you again! R. Griffiths

Sent these to our son and daughter-in-law for Halloween. They are beautiful and the loved them. This is the first time I have ever sent flowers that look like the pictures they had on line. Great Job.
