Our first time coming here was last week Friday. We needed to buy an arrangement. This florist shop was the closest to us. We were greeted warmly by Lorelai and we explained what we were looking for. She's very kind & knowledgeable and guided us through the shop to show what was available. It didn't take long for us to pick out what we were looking for. Lorelai confirmed they do offer the military discount. We paid for the arrangement and she helped us to put it together. Thank you Lorelai for making our first time here the best. I would highly recommend coming here if, you need flowers. We will come back when, we need to buy more.

I ordered a large lily and had it sent to Greensboro. I ordered on Friday. Monday I went to Greensboro and the lily was there. It was huge and very, very, beautiful. The price was reasonable. They have awesome customer service paying close attention to details. I highly recommend them for your floral needs.

I ordered large bouquets and small centerpieces in a patriotic color scheme for my husband's army retirement party. They turned out beautifully (my terrible pictures don't do them justice). I got friendly personal service, just like you would expect from a small local shop. It was a pleasure to deal with the staff. I was fairly vague about my vision but they managed to make something lovely. And most importantly, they delivered on time. which took a huge load off of me. Will use again!

In June 2023, I had a family member pass in Fayetteville, NC. I live in Charlotte so I was not going to get there until right before the funeral started. I don’t know any florists there but wanted to have something made locally. After looking at reviews and calling three other florists, I was blessed to find Owen’s Florist in Fayetteville. From the moment that I began my conversation with Barbara, I finally felt at ease! She was kind, helpful and very attentive to my needs. I wanted something special that could also be planted later. It was like talking to a trusted friend rather than a vendor! I ordered the arrangement never expecting to hear from her again but the next morning (the day of the funeral) she called to tell me (also sent a picture) that the Hydrangea and Kalanchoe had drooped some and she was afraid they wouldn’t last very long. She wanted to make sure I was happy so she asked if she could send an arrangement with all greenery and send the other flowers separately when she got good ones in. I agreed (not expecting much, and boy was I surprised)! The arrangement that she sent was stunningly beautiful and large! And both flowers she sent later were just as beautiful! The family member that received them was delighted! I highly, whole heartedly recommend Owen’s Florist! I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience! If I ever need anything again, that’s where I’ll go!
