We had a last-minute emergency when our bouquet did not show up for our wedding. We worked with Paradise Flowers to make a replacement, and we started working with them the night before the big day. They communicated extensively with us and kept us updated. Unfortunately, the bouquet was a little large in the end, but they did work tirelessly to do their best and replicate what had been lost. They provided free delivery as well. Worked with Brandon and Alyssa, specifically. Really appreciate all their help.

Horrible experience and disappointment of flower wings for my sons service. Do not shop here. I would give no stars but didn’t give me that option.

Terrible!! Ordered wings with white carnations and white Roses in the middle . Roses were dying and yellow in color. Flowers were soaked with water so the funeral home didn’t even want the flowers inside , waste of money and such a disappointment!!

Bad customer service , flowers never delivered for family member for their birthday. owner refused refund, only offered store credit… terrible !!! Why would anyone want store credit after the special birthday celebration had already passed since he missed The delivery deadline … take your hard earned money elsewhere 👎
