We were looking for a brides bouquet and a couple of simple arrangements. As we talked with Patty, she kept telling and showing us more. She ended up delivering the flowers, which exceeded our wildest dreams, to the church and helped decorate there, and then she delivered centerpieces and arranged the tables for the reception. Everything was beautiful and we now count Patty as a friend and our only florist.

I didn't realize there was a florist next to my favorite (self) car wash! Everyone loved the flowers that I ordered. I'll come back again!

NEW UPDATE: The flowers arrived within only an hour or so after talking to Suki and they are gorgeous! They look exactly like the picture and the birthday girl is very happy. I have included a picture of the new flowers below. Thank you so much for replacing the original arrangement. UPDATE: Suki, the owner, contacted me right away and agreed that the arrangement lacked the fullness in the picture. She apologized and said she will be following through with further training for her staff. She is also going to compensate by swapping the arrangement with a new arrangement that is fuller and slightly upgraded. I must say that we are very happy with the results and the excellent customer service. It was clear that Suki is very passionate about great customer service and that is very appreciated. I will update with pictures when the new arrangement has arrived. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I ordered these flowers on behalf of my boss and the rest of my coworkers for one of our coworkers birthday. The flowers were disappointing compared to the picture. After paying $50 plus the tax and the delivery fees (rounding out to $65 and some change) nobody in the office felt like the flowers were worth the money and didn't compare to the ones on the website. I called the company to let them know and I spoke to Matthew (he was very polite and tried to accommodate). I sent the pictures of the flowers that were received along with the picture of what I ordered and I was told that they were the same flowers, but the angle I took the picture of them at was off. I was told the only difference was that the rose colors were off. We were expecting the gorgeous flowers pictured, but that's not what we received so we were offered new flowers that were to be delivered the next day, but they would have to be exchanged with the old ones and would look exactly the same as the old ones. We declined because we aren't going to take the birthday girl's gift away and replace it with something that's the same quality. Overall everyone was disappointed that the company falsely advertises what they deliver. It may have the same flowers in the vase, but it's not as grand as the $50 flowers that were paid for in the picture.

My sister and I ordered flowers for our mom - ordered the Lavender Daisy Vase in Premium. So pretty, full and smells amazing. Ordered for same day delivery and it was delivered within 5 hours. Thank you for a great experience!

I live in Wyoming but my mom lives in Paradise Valley. For years I used another florist there but the last few deliveries were disappointing. These folks knocked this display out of the park and I will be using them again! The arrangement is better by far than the online picture!
