Piano's has been in business quite awhile and I truly understand why. The Quality, Attention to details, Great Customer service, and years of expertise is quite evident. My husband got me flowers for Valentines day and 2 weeks later they are still gorgeous! Im afraid he may not be able to purchase me flowers from anywhere else. Thanks Piano's, I'm truly one of your biggest fans!

We needed an arrangement for our high school classmate/friend. I wasn't sure of where to go, so I prayed for guidance. This florist had many, many positive reviews; however, one , not so positive review from years ago, stuck in my head. With some apprehension, I decided to reach out to Piano's flower shop in spite of that review. To my delight, I reached Barbara. She was friendly, funny and very accommodating! She worked with my budget and concept to achieve exactly what we wanted and needed for my classmate's mom funeral. I highly recommend you use this florist. They will now be my florist for all future arrangements. It was so beautiful that the funeral director or church put it beside the podium during the actual funeral!

Piano's florist is my go to florist. They are old school in customer service but modern in service, style and delivery. They have always been able to get arrangements there on time. The memorial arrangements I have ordered from them have always ended up in prominent display locations because Pianos flowers are nicer than those from other places. They have treated every order like I actially know them personally but I do not.

I wanted to support a business in Whitehaven to purchase a flower arrangement for my mama for Mother's Day. I searched Google, and Piano's had great reviews, so I decided to patronize the business. I was not disappointed. My mama loved the arrangement. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I went to Piano's today to get some flowers for a friend's birthday. I had gone to Kroger and the selection was just blah. The kind lady at Piano's did a beautiful arrangement of roses for me on the spot and my friend was very pleased. Thank you so much!
