I was floored at the quality of the flower arrangement, it was beautiful. I also added a Portland apple pie to the order and it looks amazing as well. I especially love the design on the crust because it makes me think of the, White Rose Resistance. The communication was great, keeping me well informed of my order status. I was ordering from across the country and wanted to use a company local to the recipient, and glad I did. Great job, great value, I will definitely use them again.

My aunt ordered a floral arrangement for me from Portland Florist from her home in England. The flowers I received were absolutely stunning. Even more incredible was I received the flowers on February 6th and the flowers lasted until March 8th. I did during that period dispose of individual flowers that had died. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The arrangement was a spectacular vision of pink and purples. Highly recommend

My love bought me flowers as a gift from this shop today! I'm really pleased! They are so pretty & vibrant. Yellows, oranges, and plenty of greenery. He said the florist listened to his request & spent a long time arranging the bouquet with care. Gorgeous. *Update: It's been a few days since I was gifted the flowers, and they are even more vibrant than before. Added more pics as reference.

Purchased a premium gracious lavender basket for $185 dollars. What the picture shows and what we received are very different! Tried to talk with staff and show them the picture and why I was upset with the difference and they just kept saying it’s the right measurements. It’s not about the measurements it’s about the half dead flowers and the amount of open space that should not be there. They stated they would add additional flowers for a price. I am not paying more for what I should have originally gotten. Very disappointed all around! Will never be back. I grew up with family that worked as florists I know it should be better.

Calling from a fellow Teleflora florist to give them a $150 order. This nasty person actually tells me on the phone to another florist mind you, "Dude, (I'm clearly a woman and have never been mistaken for a dude) I don't have time for you. Go find someone else. " I'm 60 years old and have never encountered another florist this rude and apparently in no need of business. I will be contacting Teleflora about your attempts at evading the mandatory 80/20 split with other florists. And I advise all potential customers reading this to do exactly what the creature who refused to give her name 3 times, advised. Dude. Go find another florist!!!!!!!!! Reply to your reply. The girl who answered your phone who refused to give her name despite being asked 3 times never mentioned Teleflora. I mentioned Teleflora. I told her with Teleflora there's an 80/20 split and if you do it with me paying by credit card you'll make alot more bc there would be no additional fees that they charge . I was trying to help you and your shop. And she went straight to vulgarity and insulted me saying exactly what I said before "Dude (I'm clearly a woman) I don't have time for your bullshit. Go find another florist." Click! Hang up . I didn't do anything wrong except tell her that you already offer 80/20 split as a Teleflora florist. She didn't say on go through teleflora which I would have gladly done. She insulted me, falsely called me a dude, got very abrasive and rude and hung up. No patience. She pretended she had no time for this. No time for what? Taking an order? It's not even valentines day.. tell her to pace herself and take a chill pill or simply don't answer the phone. It's better than dishing out your crap to people who order. Horrible (non)service. You mock me saying I have too much time. Yet you're the one who is taking the time to be abrasive when you could have just been polite and helpful from the start. You get what you deserve.
