Wow! This was the best experience I have ever had sending flowers. Sheryl called me on Saturday afternoon soon after I'd left a message, and we designed this bouquet together. I gave her a general idea of what I wanted. She then sent me photos of bouquets that had features I was describing. I chose the features from several designs that I liked, and boom! This was the result. Magnificent! So very thoughtful. And she did the delivery herself which was such a nice touch. These were not just flowers, this was a full service experience. Wish she was closer so I could use Promises Floral and Gift Studio more often.

Beautifully done arrangement and they worked with my friend to set an appropriate delivery time. Overall excellent service for a very reasonable price. I love that they share a picture of the arrangement too. Would highly recommend them!

I chose Promises based on the proximity to my friend’s home in Middleton (I live in Northern IL). Absolutely beautiful arrangement - she said they were like a “ray of sunshine” - highly recommend this shop to others in Middleton, WI.

Promises has always been a favorite of mine for any floral arrangement or fun, small gifts. Sharyl and her team design with excellence and really listen to your preferences on style! The arrangements are high quality and last a long time. Great Badger and Packer and Wisconsin gear too! And in the new location, it's even better. :)
