Ronda was our designer for a floral arrangement for an employee of ours and his wife that had their baby. I ordered a dinosaur stuffy as well that they were out of but Ronda called me with 2 other choices and sent photos for me to look at and pick from that were so cute to replace it with. She also took the time to send me a photo of the whole order. The flowers, balloon and ram stuffy were beautiful. Will definitely use them again.

Pugh’s did such an amazing job with our wedding flowers! We came to them last minute after being let down by another florist, and my husband and I were in panic mode just a few months before the big day. Pugh’s completely saved the day and pulled off the most beautiful wedding for us. The floral arrangements turned out absolutely stunning and exceeded my expectations. I absolutely loved the hydrangeas and white roses that we chose. We got so many compliments! We are so so grateful for their professionalism, talent, and kindness. Caitlin was incredible to work with! Her communication was outstanding. She was always quick to respond anytime I had questions or needed reassurance. I ordered online for my daughter that lives in Tennessee. I do not like ordering from somewhere that I am unfamiliar with, but I looked at there reviews and gave them a chance! They did the order exactly how it was listed online! I ordered at 7 am and it was delivered before 10 am! I had requested that time frame! I was very pleased with the beautiful flowers and the quick time on my order! My daughter loved it too! Thank you for making her birthday so special and I will be ordering from you again in the future!

Outstanding experience. The roses were vibrant with incredible volume and freshness. Delivery was prompt and everything arrived exactly as expected. You can tell they take pride in their work. Highly recommend. Pugh’s Flowers is definitely my new go to.

Pughs handled my son's wedding and rehearsal dinner. The flowers were impeccable and every detail was taken care of. The designers came up with such beautiful arrangements. I can't speak more highly of the sales team, design team and the set up team. Everything was perfection.
