This place is the best!! I live in Little Rock, Arkansas, and I call them every year to send flowers to my aunt in Arlington. They are always so kind and helpful with whatever special request I may have. Today I called and ask if I could text them a picture of an arrangement and without hesitation, they said no problem. I want to thank Heather for the amazing arrangement that she made . My aunt went on and on and on about how stunning it was. I highly recommend this place and the amazing staff that worked there.

I cannot say enough good things about Pugh's Flowers. I'm out of state and needed flowers delivered to my mom in the hospital. I provided the wrong hospital information - completely my mistake - but the team at Pugh's went absolutely above and beyond to make sure my mom still received her flowers. They stayed in contact with me throughout the process, and when they realized the mix-up, their delivery person actually took the flowers home with him and drove across town later that night to deliver them to the correct hospital. This level of customer service is extraordinary, especially when the error was entirely on my end. During a stressful time when I couldn't be there with my mom, Pugh's Flowers made sure she knew she was loved and thought of. They didn't just deliver flowers - they delivered peace of mind and showed genuine care for their customers. I'm incredibly grateful and would trust them with any future floral needs without hesitation. Thank you, Pugh's Flowers, for your kindness and dedication!

January 6, 2026, flower delivery, I could not be more pleased with 'Pugh's,' the quality and service. The flowers delivered were exactly what I viewed and ordered via their website. And were delivered on the date/time promised. This was my first time using 'Pugh's' but definitely not my last. Thank you ALL!
