1st and last time!!! 😭😭 My order was sold to another person when I arrived. The mom said well yeah that’s a popular ramo just give them 10 more mins to be ready. It felt like they just put it together quickly, poor quality/presentation refer to photos. As you could clearly see the cheap decal is falling off the so called custom ribbon what a joke! The flowers looked almost 😵 dead. It felt shady like they knew they were selling junk. I paid 146.00 😞🥲 for SAMS QUALITY ROSES!!! And dollar TREE RIBON. Keep in mind the dozen at Sam’s are 17.00 😭😭 looked nothing like what the pictures showed on the web site just totally disappointed of the quality of the color the presentation! Over all 1start NOT THE BEST FLOWER SHOP IN EL PASO THATS FOR SURE!!! Just flat roses bunched up. I left that place practically being push out FIGURATIVELY SPEAKING!!! No eye contact no one asked me if everything was okay just rush rush. I was clearly disappointed when I saw my daughter’s flowers 😭 Plz refer to photos. I will never do Business with RACHLES FLOWERS! Definitely will not recommend this place. Angie’s flowers is definitely better 100 percent 💯 The photos from Rachel’s web are so DECEPTIVE, please shop around first guarantee to find a better Quality. ANGIES FLOWERs is another place to look at locally. You’ve been warned El Paso!!! My honest opinion it’s just business. RACHEL’S FLOWERS DO BETTER!!! Thanks for nothing 🥲
