I called today having never really ordered flowers before - hoping for a same day delivery for a friend. Unfortunately I had missed the window - but not only did they accommodate me anyway (no request from me - they just said they'd do it!), but they also delivered within an hour of my call. I wasn't sure what flowers to pick, so I trusted their judgement as artists and that was absolutely the right call. My friend sent me a picture when she received them and it was absolutely perfect. Very reasonably priced too - my budget was higher as it was for the passing of a loved one, but still I was assuming it would be more expensive - given the level of service I received. I will definitely start ordering flowers more often and definitely choose to support this local flower shop down the street - highly recommend. 5 stars for exceptional service.

Red Rose Florist NEVER disappoints. I always buy roses for my wife from here. For Valentine’s Day, they delivered the roses to a local restaurant for our table for dinner. The arrangement was breathtaking and the attention to detail was top notch. Thank you for making this customer, and especially my wife, happy!!!!

We worked with Sue for our wedding day and it was an absolutely amazing experience! We got so many compliments on the florals. Sue is so pleasant and easy to work with! We also come here for floral arrangements for gifts / general events and it is always outstanding.

I ordered flowers yesterday to be delivered today. Everything went without a hitch. The recipient LOVED them and sent me a picture. My first time using Red Rose Florist. I've had bad experiences with other florists so they will now be my go to! Thank you so much 💜

We ordered a corsage for our sons prom. It was ready on time and was beautiful. Very nice service and the shop is lovely. This is the place to go if you are an Irondequoit Eagle 🦅. Lowest price in the city also. And the place smells wonderful
