I always get nervous ordering flowers for delivery far away from me. You never really know how good (or bad) they're going to be. I'm so happy I found RG Creations based on their online reviews and proximity to delivery point. Online ordering was very easy, pricing was very reasonable, delivery date/time was accurate, the flower arrangement design (I ordered the Designers Choice so I had no idea what it would look like) was thoughtful and beautiful and the flowers were bright, beautiful and fresh! They even added extra pink touches at my request. The recipient loved the flowers, I was able to get a picture sent to me to show me how pretty they were! I always try to support local small businesses, and being Latina and Woman -owned was an added plus! RG Creations will definitely be my "go-to" flower shop when I need arrangements delivered in the Fontana area! 5-star service and would definitely recommend without hesitation! Thank you!!!

This flower shop delivers top tier arrangements and I was delighted to find candles that actually smell wonderful without the cheap fragrance. I’m allergic to synthetic scents, but these are organic with rich aromas you can even layer to create your own blend and they don’t bother me at all. For this level of quality I’ve seen candles sell for much more in boutique shops. The people here are wonderful and it’s a small business worth supporting for their quality work and ingredients. Their candles make perfect gifts for anyone who loves scented items without that overpowering fragrance bomb. Ask about the gummies from Spain too. They’re so good! This place is a no brainer for thoughtful gifts.

Amazing service. I called in around 5:30 and wasn’t going to make it till right at there closing time. Gina let me know that they can wait for me so that I can see what they had on hand. My friends father just passed away; Gina and Raul were able to work with my budget, provide beautiful bouquets and offered to pray for my friend and his family. These bouquets were made for me right then and there and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Thank you R&G

Excellent customer service! Took my daughter here yesterday as she wanted to get flowers to create her own floral bouquet. Wish I got her name, but she was extremely helpful and friendly with my daughter giving her recommendations and helping her, which she very much appreciated. We will definitely be back, she wants to continue learning more. These are the two bouquets my daughter made with the flowers she picked.

I am so disappointed and disgusted with the way my girlfriend was treated at this shop. I ordered these flowers on uber hoping to surprise my girlfriend with an early mother’s day gift, what was purchased was nowhere near the quality or even colors I received. I asked uber for a refund before asking the store but uber stated that the store would be more than glad to exchange there. Before going to the store my girlfriend called to confirm and asked if they would refund the flowers, she was told yes as long as they receive the product back. Leaving 30 minutes early from work to get there before the store closed she arrives to be greeted with rude faces and a subtle yes. Long story short the store did not keep their word on refunding the flowers. $127.69 for flowers that looked like they came from the 99 cent store. My advice to the store workers instead of being rude and yelling at my girlfriend that “that’s not what she said”. Maybe apologize for the miscommunication on your end. Do you not know that customers are always right? Approach people the way you would wanna be approached. Disgusting.
