Best florist experience ever!!! From the time I placed the order I received a prompt email notification. Once the order was completed, they sent me a picture of the arrangement per my request before it was even put on truck for delivery. My wife loved the arrangement as well, her phone call came almost as soon as the florist left. Everyone at her office loved the flowers also! If you are needing a top notch florist, look no further.

I purchased flowers for my deceased brother in law through this florist only because most of the family members were using them. I had the worst experience, did not get what I ordered and they did not follow my request as far as the color of flowers I preferred. I have made my own arrangements in the past, let me say I could have done a much better job than what they did. Oh and to top it off, they were just gonna send flowers in a vase instead of what I ordered. They said the owner who took my order wrote it down wrong. I have to say about this florist is BUYER BEWARE!!!

I believe the mark of a great business is how they handle customer service. We had an issue with a bouquet and I emailed the them to explain the situation. I got a prompt reply and a promise to have a replacement sent out the next day. I would gladly do business again with a company dedicated to listening to their customers and making a situation right rather than offer weak excuses. Great job!
