I ordered an arrangement on line, spent $197, the arrangement was delivered WILTED!!! I contacted the florist, sent a photo of the wilted flowers, and was told the flowers were fine when they left and once delivered they are the responsibility of the recipient. This was with 3 hours!! I asked for a new arrangement to be delivered, but was told I needed to wait to see if they perked up. UNACCEPTABLE!! I strongly suggest using a different florist!!

I recently received 2 floral arrangements in two days and they are two of the most beautiful arrangements I've ever received. Each completely different and unique. Thank you for the artistry in your creations.

Very disappointing experience with Sammy’s Floral Design. I placed an order on March 6 for a VIP bouquet scheduled to be delivered on March 8 for a very special occasion. It was one of the most expensive bouquets ( 370 usd ) on their website, and it was meant for someone very important to me. However, on the evening of March 7 around 8:30 PM, the company refunded the order without any notification or explanation. I did not receive any email, message, or call about this cancellation. I only discovered the refund myself later. Because of this, my flowers were never delivered, and the person I wanted to surprise on such an important day unfortunately received nothing. I spent the entire day expecting the delivery since the website states that deliveries can happen until 9 PM. I also tried calling the company but was unable to reach anyone. I am very disappointed. My surprise was completely ruined, and it’s frustrating that an order could be canceled without any communication, especially for such an important day. I trusted this company with a meaningful gift, and sadly the experience turned out to be extremely upsetting.

I had no idea how to arrange flowers to get a cute bouquet but the lady who helped me was so nice and helpful. The arrangement was beautiful and I loved it. They had so many flowers to choose from and it was just a wonderful experience.

I cannot say enough good things about Sammy’s. Every single time I’ve ordered flowers from them, probably close to a dozen by now, they have been 10/10 perfection. I added a few photos of a few of the most recent orders. I get so happy hearing people gasp when they see them, the flowers are truly a show-stopper. They also seem to last forever!! Their style is so unique and high end, well worth the price. I usually order the medium size and they seem huge to me. I’m also always so impressed that they deliver way out in Gresham. I no longer live in the area so I miss being able to visit their store, their plant selection is top notch. But the online ordering is so easy and seamless and they always incorporate a few of my favorite flowers that I mention/suggest in the comment box. Thank you Sammy’s, your talents are truly unmatched!!
