VERY disappointed in the service and quality. I placed this order online at 6:49 a.m. It was my 99 year old mother's birthday. I added a note saying so. I wanted her to enjoy the flowers all day. I also requested notification upon delivery. I called at 10:49 a.m. to confirm order received. Was told 'yes'. They still had not been delivered by early afternoon so I called again and was told they are ready and waiting for pick up for delivery. I called at 4:31 p.m. no one answered. At 6:21 PM they were delivered (no notification from the business) and I was sent a photo of the flowers that maybe had half the flowers of this photo and not even a standard size balloon ($10). All for $124.76. What happened to "Bouquet will be delivered approximately as pictured?" VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE

UPDATE: The florist reached out to us and explained that flowers are 3x more expensive around Valentine's and that hydrangeas are delicate flowers that die rather quickly. They offered to gift us a bouquet as compensation and we really appreciate the gesture. ORIGINAL: The flowers were beautiful and the delivery was right on time, but my husband spent about $180 in total just to have these flowers start to wilt and die days after receiving them.

It was my first time ordering from this flower shop and it will definitely not be my last! The service was exceptional, very beautiful arrangement, did exactly what I asked for. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

This is honestly the best florist I have dealt with. I send a ton of floral arrangements and will now exclusively head here. Joe is impeccable with details and the arrangement was absolutely perfect. The recipient was blown away! I am now a loyal customer!
