We used Segelin’s for our wedding florals, and I am so happy we did! Jeremy understood my vision so well and didn’t pressure me to get more arrangements than I wanted. He was extremely professional and even moved our flowers from the church to the reception location (across Cleveland) after the ceremony. The flowers turned out even more beautiful than I imagined, and they were very reasonably priced!

I needed to send flowers to a hospital, on a weekend.. Segelin's was great!... I thought I messed something up, so I contacted them first thing in the morning, and they were already on it(the young lady I spoke with was very kind)..so i put the order in at around 1:00 AM on a Friday night... Flowers we there around 12:30 PM Saturday! Oh, and flowers were beautiful too!

Amazing. I called early this morning and it was delivered to my mother who is in the hospital with in a few hours. She’s loved them. Thank you Segelin so much. Mission accomplished to put a smile on her face!!!

Segelin's has been terrific. They kept me updated on an order i placed for a friend in the hospital. Delivered a lovely arrangement once he was moved out of intensive care... and called me to let me know. I would definitely order again from them. Thank you.

We ordered flowers for a funeral for next day delivery. I accidentally duplicated an online order and Jeremy immediately called asking if it might be a mistake - and it was! They saved me a $500 mistake. Jeremy had also called the funeral home and guaranteed arrival the next morning, which I thought was phenomenal customer service. The flowers were beautiful - highly recommend to anyone needing flowers.
