I had never used Shadeland Flower Shop previously, but found them after a google search. I was looking for a Mother’s Day arrangement for my MIL. This is the first time I’ve ordered flowers where I feel like the product that was delivered looks just like the picture shown on the website. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and my MIL was very pleased. I will definitely be using Shadeland again in the future for my floral needs.

This was my first time ordering from this florist and I read the reviews prior, which many stated that the flowers delivered looked just like the websites picture. The flowers delivered to my loved one today DID NOT look like the picture. I ordered the deluxe and it is not as full as the picture on the website. See attached photos. I just went to the website after seeing the photo of what my loved one received and I clicked on all 3 sizes, standard, deluxe and premium and it's the same photo for all 3 prices. This seems misleading to me and I'm disappointed in my purchase.

I cannot say enough good things about April and Shadeland Flower Shop. A friend recommended this florist to me and I am so happy she did. We met with April to discuss needs and get a quote about a year before our wedding. I gave her pictures of what I was looking for, but besides that was a bit vague since I do not know much about flowers. When I arrived at the venue and saw what she had set up I was amazed. The flowers, and especially my bouquet, were such focal points of our decorations. I would highly recommend this florist.

My friend called and stated that her family forgot to purchase flowers for her cousins funeral. I could not remember any florist at that time so, I googled. Shadeland Florist came up and I remembered my husband ordered me the most beautiful roses from there. So we ordered. I of course did not know what to do for my friend and her family. When I spoke to Jackie that was all I needed. The floral arrangement is absolutely beautiful. It’s so amazing to know that the florist felt the pain of the family and demonstrated her sympathy so well that when words cannot fully express her condolences, the flowers state a million words. We appreciate Jackie and the entire family at Shadeland Florist. I recommend them million times a million.

Shadeland Flower Shop always delivers beautiful arrangements with thoughtful touches! Their website is easy to navigate and the staff is quick to communicate any questions or additional information about your order. I even received a preview image of my last order after chatting with the owner. Thank you!
