I live in Michigan and wanted to send my daughter-in-law some fall mums that she could put on her porch. I called and spoke with Ronna, and she was simply amazing. She told me she would personally go her nursery and pick them out. I then took a chance and asked if she had any pumpkins. She did not, but again, she would go to the farm market and pick a couple up for me! She washed up the pumpkins and sent me pictures of all her treasures for me. Ronna soooo exceeded all expectations of someone in her business. Thank you so much for your caring and special attention. I will be calling again!

Ronna went above and beyond to create a beautiful memorial bouquet for our family. She called the cemetery herself to confirm that the arrangement met their requirements. The outstanding customer care of Squirrel Hill Flower shop really supported our family. 10/10 recommend!

I called the Squirrel Hill Flower Shop to order 25 single flowers for senior recognition, which happened to be the next day. It was really late for that order, but they did everything they could to make my order ready. Next day I was able to pick up beautiful single red roses with bits of green, tissue and ribbon. The roses were fresh and beautiful. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Squirrel Hill Flower Shop did an excellent job on the flowers they delivered to my wife on Valentine's Day. It is a crazy day for them, but they came through with a beautiful arrangement. The only criticism I have is their phone ordering could be friendlier and somewhat better structured: they were reluctant to provide deliver guarantees. This is understood, but the message needs to be clearer. Nevertheless, I was able to be a good husband. Thanks!

This flower shop does an adequate job, and has always delivered when they promised, but IMO there are better options in the area. The last 2 times I ordered from them, I was disappointed by their design sensibility. Both times were condolence arrangements for folks whose longtime dogs had died. First time, I just explained the situation and gave the amount I wanted to spend. The arrangement was pretty, but full of bold and cheery colors, not really a condolence theme. More recently, I requested an arrangement along the lines of 2 Teleflora “sympathy” bouquets pictured on the website. They did not have some of the specific flowers, but I said that was ok, just generally the same idea, with white flowers and a pink or purple accent would be fine. The first 2 pics are the ones I mentioned; the second 2 pics are of the arrangement I got, which was $65 plus tax. If you think they made the mark, then by all means, use this florist. To me, it is a fail. Although the colors are as promised, the arrangement looks squat, overfilled and unbalanced.
