The arrangements are always beautiful, fresh, and thoughtfully designed — you can truly see the attention to detail and care that goes into their work. On top of that, they are always on time, which means a lot when you’re ordering for special occasions. Reliable, professional, and incredibly talented. The best in Charlotte!

I've been using Starclaire House of Flowers for years. They've always delivered beautiful flowers that exceed my expectations. Just ordered some flowers for my wife this morning and they were delivered before noon today. The best!

I made a last-minute decision to order a sympathy arrangement for a dear co-worker and friend, hoping to bring her comfort before she left for the day. We added an adorable angel to the bouquet. Starclaire truly excelled; the bouquet was stunning and fresh, delivered within an hour. What incredible service! I will certainly return for future needs.

Just my personal, honest experience from yesterday: One star for the arrangement. I called the shop to order an arrangement shown on their website. See first photo of a beautiful white floral arrangement with touches of green accents- cost $60. I requested they upgrade this arrangement for me by $40 for an arrangement cost of $100. I felt taken advantage of when my mourning friend sent me the actual arrangement (second photo). It is a green arrangement with white flowers. The ratio is not in keeping with the original arrangement. I get it. Greens are inexpensive. Floral shops need to remember that recipients typically send a photo to the sender as a thank you, but also to share the end result. I see that this company typically hits back on negative reviews and I am curious how they will respond. At the end of the day, the photos speak for themselves. I kindly added a second star as the person who took my order was professional and the arrangement arrived as scheduled. However, this company has not earned my trust, and I will not be utilizing their services in the future.
