I couldn't believe the amazing experience I had at sweet blossom. I hadn't heard of them but I was a visitor and in need of an arrangement asap to thank the sisters of the sacred hearts. The florist got to work immediately while we chatted and asked my color preferences etc. She made the perfect standing bouquet at my price range. I was impressed with the professionalism and joy in their work. Highly recommend!!!!!

Irene made strands of yellow green pakalana flowers from her home garden. She then helped me choos two of those strands plus a strand of purple crown flowers and a strand of white. She twisted and tied them together for a most beautiful lei with a sweet fragrance! I wore this lei tonight as my husband and I went to Noi Thai for our last dinner in Waikiki after a ten day visit. Several people commented on this beautiful lei and the rare flowers. Thank you Irene!

Went into this shop to get a wedding bouquet, a matching hair piece and lei for my husband just a few hours before our wedding. She did such a good job getting it together for me and the cost was great. Highly recommend.

Irene and the delivery person, Johnson were great. The flowers turned out better than expected. They were fresh, vibrant and the bouquet was full. They also provided us with lei’s and a flower hair pin. Each item was great quality. Image is 3 days after the ceremony. Johnson was on time and delivered directly to our hotel. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would have selected that option. Blossom Flowers failed, over a period of three days of emails, voicemails, and AI enabled customer service (which used technology developed by a ten year old) to deliver a simple bouquet to the Aulani Hotel. A bouquet that I paid for well in advance. While they offered to refund the money after multiple promises that the flowers were delivered (a fact not supported by the hotels delivery log) the fact that they failed is unexcusable and demonstrate a complete lack of customer care. the fact that there was no fulfillment required me to waste time trying to sort this out and ultimately find a new provider. Watanabe Florists came thru and delivered the flowers within three hours of order placement. Don't use Blossom
