Very helpful trying to get flowers ordered for my mom’s birthday while I’m away! They delivered them and they are gorgeous! The staff were very helpful and a special thanks to the delivery driver for delivering these to a craft show booth! Will definitely order more when I’m in Seattle and in need of flowers!

Self-picked hand-tie petite bouquet. I absolutely loved it. The lady who helped me pick out the flowers is very professional and passionate about her craft, and she has every reason to be! I‘ll def come back.

Asked for a rush job, custom all-lilies bouquet and they were able to accommodate me, finished my flowers in 15 minutes and were kind, helpful and informative along the way. Love this quirky little shop with all it's curious knick knacks and killer flower selection. Will definitely be returning.

Update: after I made this post, the flower shop contacted me and sent another bouquet over. I really appreciate their customer obsession and the new bouquet looks much better! This is so disappointing. This is premium bouquet, with only 5 roses, and the red carnations in the picture is missing. The only thing looks the same compared to their sample picture is the vase.

I rarely write reviews because I prefer to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but this experience was too poor to ignore. I am incredibly disappointed with the $97.95 “P.S. I LOVE YOU” arrangement. For a first-time flower buyer, this was a poor experience. The bouquet was underwhelming compared to the website photos, and the quality was unacceptable — most flowers failed to bloom and died within 24 hours. Additionally, the envelope was empty with no note card inside. This was for my engagement, and while the day was perfect, these flowers were not. Given the high price point, I expect a full refund. If this isn't resolved, I will be forced to initiate a chargeback.
