I truly cannot say enough good things about Flower Shop ATL. Over the last seven days, I’ve ordered two arrangements from them, and both times I received glowing feedback about how gorgeous the flowers were. It honestly made me feel proud knowing I gifted something that special. I originally found this shop after receiving flowers when my mother passed in 2025, and to this day, their arrangement was hands down the most beautiful one I received during that time. Flower Shop ATL gets it right! Highly recommend. Here's a pic of one of the arrangements.

I live in Nashville and wanted to send flowers to my favorite Aunt in Atlanta for her birthday! In the past, I used on-line florists such as 1-800 flowers and was disappointed in both the quality of the flowers as well as the service rendered. Consequently, I decided to contact a local florist to ensure proper delivery as expected as well as to enhance the quality and creativity of the arrangement. Yesterday, I placed the order and they were promptly delivered today within the specified timeframe and my Aunt couldn’t stop raving about her gorgeous floral bouquet which perfectly matched the image on their website! Thank you so much for delivering a beautiful arrangement in a timely fashion with professionalism! I highly recommend The Flower Shop Atlanta for your floral needs!

The flowers sent were beautiful and exactly as described online. The delivery was on the later end of the window stated online (if not a little bit after), but I ordered practically same day, so there's zero fault for that- especially for a large arrangement like the one I ordered. Very satisfied.

My son sent me the most beautiful floral from The Flower Shop. The vase was so full of vibrant red roses, purple snapdragons, and the greenery was so bright! I typically order from a popular online florist shop, but since receiving these flowers, I will be ordering from The Flower Shop Atlanta. And, I received the flowers 5 days ago and they're STILL vibrant and fragrant!

Received flowers from this shop 6/19. As other recent reviews stated, the flowers did not match site description and the presentation was not up to standard. Called and spoke with Nicole as there is a message that states to call if unsatisfied. She just said “okay, sorry to hear that”.After feeling as though the arrangement did the opposite of what they were intended to do- brighten my day, I called back. Speaking with Nicole again, she said email them, which I did and no response as of 6/24. Flowers were delivered dirty, vase was dirty, water was muggy and dirty, some of my rose stems were molded, the carnations were not even in the water because they were cut so low, multiple leaves in the water and my card with my message was also dirty. Nicole stated “well we only received $40 for this order because you ordered through another company” which made no sense because this shop made the order. Would not recommend having the flowers delivered if you do not personally see your order before delivery or are okay with a below decent delivery. Update: as of 6/26 only a week since receiving my flowers, they’ve started to brown, mold and pedals have fallen even with fresh water everyday. Will not recommend to friends and family. Customer service was non responsive and unsatisfactory.
