After another flower shop failed to deliver or make the stand up spray for a funeral service, this amazing flower shop had a spray made and delivered. This was very last minute and my family is eternally grateful for how quickly they got it done. I will definitely be using this flower shop again and highly recommend them.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered ahead for a corsage for my daughter's first dance. Went to pick up during the window they gave me. Corsage was not ready. They offered no apology and no accountability. They asked me to come back later, that wasn't possible. I left empty handed with no time to order elsewhere. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Complete lack of customer service.

Honestly the customer service here is terrible my boyfriend wanted to surprise me with flowers and the lady on the phone ruined it she has not respect I told her hey I didnt know I was even getting flowers they called me and ruined the surprise she said well your not a queen so just go write a negative review i welcome it she is so disrespectful there are many flower shops i have had flowers sent to me many times by my boyfriend not just during this time of year he frequently sends flowers. There are many other flower shops that will treat you with respect. Please stay away

A friend lost her father and the funeral was in California. I ordered and arrangement with the green vase. I get a call in the day of delivery, after been charged, that I could only choose from flowers or a big plant ,the lady on the phone talked as if she was doing me a favor, I was misunderstanding, I though she was going to add to the arrangement. . They would not even put into a a decent presentation, I had to ask for a bow, or something. Poor costumer service. False advertising. Do not fall for their website. No apologies. I should get a refund.

My new shop. I love The Flower Shop. We have ordered before and they do a wonderful job. They are very helpful, friendly and polite. Attached is a photo of a beautiful cross for my friend who pasted away. Our family and friends love the cross. Thank you for having an amazing and wonderful shop.
