I was making a last minute order the day before Valentine’s Day. They delivered the same day because they didn’t have the next day available. They also didn’t have valentines cards available either. I was expecting that they might be out of the purple tulips so I added a note to replace with as vivid a pink tulip as they had just in case. They were out of the purple and they did replace with a beautiful pink tulip which my daughter loved anyway. None of these are complaints by any means. This is just what happens when someone gets a very last minute impulse to order flowers! And Verdugo Florist still created a lovely bouquet and delivered it within three hours of the order. Outstanding service!

My sister in Australia send me birthday flowers through Vertigo Florist. The arrangement is so beautiful and fresh, a combination of stocks and pale pink roses both of which smell amazing - so different from the usual florist flowers! I am amazed and grateful and happy to know such a high quality florist still exists in Glendale. Thank you Verdugo Florist!

*Do not recommend at all*. A flower business that respects itself does not simply disappear on its customers. I placed an order a full day in advance for flowers for my sister’s 50th birthday. I don’t live in the U.S., so I couldn’t be there with her physically, and these flowers were meant to be my presence on this important day. I received a confirmation of the order. On the day of the birthday, no flowers arrived. My emails went unanswered. The day after, my brother-in-law called and was told, in a routine, careless manner, that they would refund me because “this week they are not working.” A respectable business has a basic responsibility: if you are not working, then close the option for online orders. At the very least, offer an apology and a gesture of compensation, instead of a dry refund. After two emails that I wrote, I received nothing but a single line: “Sorry for the inconvenience, we’ll refund you.” In my view, this business needs to learn what good service means. Flowers are about giving, kindness, and care — and none of that was shown here. I would never put my money into this business again, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I truly hope you learn from this and treat future customers with more responsibility and respect. When a customer places an order and receives a confirmation, that is a contract — and you are responsible for honoring it.

Beautiful flowers, delivered quickly and without any issues. Very, very happy with their service! Put a smile on our employee’s face after they lost a family member. Would definitely use Verdugo Florist again!
