The flowers were beautiful. Wonderful costumer service, they sent us the photo of the arrangement before sending it out to make sure it is everything we were hoping for.

Two pics - What I ordered and what was planning to be sent. You be the judge. I upgraded the arrangement to Deluxe for $114 and this is hideous. I understand that substitutes are allowed but this has no depth or design. Roses are facing where? Good thing I could cancel before I was embarrassed by it being delivered! Customer service lady, Debbie, was great and issued a refund without question.

I ordered flowers for a close friend of mine and wanted to support a local business in the Gig Harbor area. I found a lovely arrangement among many choices and a floral rep contacted me by to share needing to exchange a flower for another based on availability. The arrangement was even better! My friend texted me right away with a photo following delivery and said, “Absolutely Beautiful”! I couldn’t agree more! Thank you Williams Flower and Gift!

I decided to contact a florist close to my friend's house for her birthday flowers. I'm glad I chose Williams Flower & Gift. They let me know that some of the flowers pictured in the arrangement I chose were not available. They sent me a picture of the arrangement they made, for my approval, and it was beautiful. Williams Flowers & Gifts did a wonderful job of designing a bouquet per my order. I explained what flowers I liked and they also asked if I wanted a particular color scheme, Their phone order process is very professional and they even offered me an opportunity to see the bouquet prior to delivery. Highly recommend them!
