I had a great experience ordering over the phone for a next-day delivery. The occasion was both for appreciation of ongoing hard work and sympathy for the loss of a dear family member. The associate on the phone was a great help in selection of the flowers and the wording on the card. I received a text with a photo of the arrangement prior to delivery, and it was beautiful.

Great service, and beautiful floral design. I am picky with flowers and highly recommend Williams Flower & Gift! The exchange I had with Kimberly, the floral designer, at the floral shop was warm and friendly. The floral arrangement was absolutely gorgeous and delivered the same day that I needed it. Unfortunately had a poor experience here. My husband ordered me flowers (he is overseas currently) for Valentine’s Day. Around 2am his time he messaged me (8am my time) and said the flowers had been delivered. We did NOT receive the flowers to my door. I called immediately and the woman who picked up argued with me stating they had a picture of my flowers delivered to the address. I told her I had a Ring door bell camera and I was looking at my porch and it was not there. She proceeded to argue with me insisting I had received this expensive bouquet of flowers. She even asked me questions like “do you have a trash bag outside your door?” “Is there stuff on your door” I told her no to both of those questions and she still insisted I had received it because the apartment number looked correct. She eventually offers to send me a picture of the delivery- and to no surprise that is definitely NOT my porch. They delivered it to a completely different street (they had the same apartment number I guess but it was a DIFFERENT street- they got the address WRONG). I called back to inform them that was NOT my porch and they said there is nothing they could do, they wouldn’t offer a refund or another delivery service for Valentine’s Day- I’d have to wait until Wednesday of next week- so they recommended I drive around and find it MYSELF. So my husband had to deal with this major inconvenience at 2am his time, I drove around crying on Valentine’s Day morning trying to find it. This was insanely frustrating and ruined my Valentine’s Day morning, plus being interrogated like that and basically called a liar when I said I didn’t receive it was infuriating. I did eventually find it and thank goodness nobody else took it but it took me 20-30 minutes of panic and driving around a very confusing apartment complex to find it. They offered zero compensation for this. The lady seemed confused when I called back to inform her I found my own bouquet so I didn’t need another but that I was unhappy with this service and that it ruined my morning. Anyway, buyer beware. If someone had taken those thinking they were for them I’d be out of luck & even though they offered new flowers on Wednesday I didn’t have any faith they’d be able to deliver them properly and honestly I wouldn’t even want them. The bouquet is nice though.

I placed an order over the phone with them for a bouquet of flowers for delivery to a friend - and their service was exceptional! Above and beyond! I highly recommend using their services and ordering your flowers here. He even sent me an email before the flowers went out, with a photo of the flowers to make sure they were perfect!! 10/10 experience.
