Excellent & patient customer service, beautiful arrangement with the cutest add on llama stuffed animal, & very prompt (local) same day delivery! I ordered these for my best friend’s birthday today. She LOVED it! The lil llama is for her baby. :’)

We ordered a basket for my mother-in-law and we are not local so we took a chance haha. But ordering online was super easy, delivery happened on schedule (despite Valentines Day) and the basket was lovely!

I ordered the Eternally Yours arrangement for our 25th anniversary. I used to get flowers at another florist, but decided to give Willow Branch a try. My wife and I were not disappointed. Thank you Ms. Sherry for the help with the flowers. They are gorgeous!

I requested a large sympathy bouquet called "Basket of Memories" for a co-worker's late 🙏 Mother. He sent me a text image of the bouquet thanking me for the arrangement. It was absolutely beautiful! It was delivered when I asked, the flower colors turned out to be the themed colors the family used at the funeral. So it was perfect all around. Thank you to Willow Branch Florist of Riverside for your professionalism and excellent work on such an important flower arrangement. I will be a return customer! ❤️
