I’ve always had great service here. I stop in weekly or biweekly for a few stems. They always have a great selection and they’re able to get flowers that are hard to find (like gloriosa lilies, clematis, etc). If you’re building a bouquet, they’re amazing at translating what you want into a beautiful end product. For the bouquet attached here, all my friend told them was that his mom liked the color green and that he wanted to keep it as a petite bouquet. The manager, Julianna, went above and beyond last week when I unexpectedly couldn’t make it into the shop to pick up some stems that I special ordered. She was able to get them delivered to me later that same day and coordinated with me to add some more stems that had just come in.

Winston’s is supposedly the best florist in Boston. Less than 24 hours ago, these roses were delivered. They are in trouble already and clearly wilted, damaged, or just old stock. Do better, Winston. UPDATE: I received an explanation and offer to replace the flowers the following day from someone named Kate the marketing person at Winston’s. At her invitation, I also emailed. Over a week has now gone bye - still no new flowers, no follow up, no nothing. Incredibly disappointing. I have a long track record with Winston’s florist, I will never do business with them again. Do Better!

My sweet partner surprised me with flowers, but they showed up wilted and clearly on their last days. Shame on you, Winston Flowers, for selling dying arrangements. This is completely unacceptable at your price point. Update: Kate kindly helped coordinate a beautiful replacement bouquet. Appreciate their prompt response and assistance to make up for the initial disappointing experience. Thank you, Kate!

We got a mini olive tree and absolutely loved it. We watered it carefully and kept it in a sunny spot, but within a couple days, the leaves started falling off and we noticed tiny brown spots on the stems. It turned out to be a scale insect infestation. Really disappointing, since we took good care of it and it was such a beautiful plant. It makes me question the quality and condition the plants are kept in. We also bought a peperomia, which so far seems healthy—hopefully that one isn’t infested too.

ETA: After this review, they did reach back out to me and offered to honor the original quote. I had a conversation with Kevin who quoted me $125 for a bridal bouquet and delivery for my city hall wedding on 2/18. Today I spoke with India to confirm my order, and she informed me that they are “in the middle of updating their pricing” and that the minimum for a bridal bouquet is $200. I asked if they would honor the pricing I have in writing from Kevin, and they said they would not honor the pricing I was quoted. SUPER SKETCHY!!! And entirely disappointing.
